Action Theatre runs tailor-made workshops and courses at schools across the UK. Run by professional actors, directors and choreographers with lots of teaching experience, we have the expertise to give students the very best experience in drama.
Workshops include: An Introduction to Acting Shakespeare, Bringing Text Alive, The BIG Three: Voice, Body and Mind - The Ultimate Actors Warm Up, Movement, Basic Laban, Releasing Your Charisma and Finding Confidence. Workshops are suitable for Years 6 - 13
Courses run over a week or two-weeks at half-term or in school holidays and finish with a fully produced showcase.
Action Theatre also produces full-blown productions at schools, by rehearsing students over a set period and providing all lighting, set and sound. The productions are of the highest calibre, giving school-children the best drama experience available.

Action Theatre was formed by Tom Foster in 2005. He trained at RADA, graduating in 2000, and as well as acting and directing professionally he is now a regular teacher their on the Youth Programme. He also holds private acting lessons for students embarking on auditions to Drama School, and trains a variety of delegates in the corporate world, improving their Impact and Presentation skills.
